We’re looking for a driven and customer-focused Account Manager to join our team in Charlotte, NC. In this role, you’ll be the key point of contact for our clients, ensuring long-term partnerships, client satisfaction, and growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with new and existing clients.
  • Customer Success Focus: Act as the primary liaison between clients and internal teams, ensuring clients receive maximum value from our solutions.
  • Sales & Revenue Growth: Identify opportunities to expand client accounts, upsell services, and drive revenue growth.
  • Onboarding & Training: Support clients with onboarding and training, ensuring smooth adoption of our technology.
  • Strategic Planning: Collaborate with clients to understand their goals and develop tailored solutions to meet their needs.
  • Data & Reporting: Track key account metrics and provide regular reports to clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with sales, marketing, product, and support teams to ensure seamless client experiences.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 3+ years of experience in account management, customer success, or sales, preferably in tech, SaaS, or the drone industry.
  • Strong relationship-building, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets and managing multiple client accounts.
  • Familiarity with drone technology, public safety, or security solutions is a plus.
  • Experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) is preferred.
